Terms & Conditions (EULA)

Effective Date: June 29, 2026

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding End User License Agreement (EULA) between you and Flexion Infotech regarding your use of the Flexi V-Card mobile application. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Description of Service

Flexi V-Card is a platform that allows users to create, customize, and distribute digital business cards. Features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp store catalog management, inquiry receipt generation, and NFC-tap configuration.

2. Subscription Plans & Auto-Renewal

Access to card creation, template customizations, and advanced features requires an active subscription (Basic, Standard, or Premium plans).

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring Yearly basis as detailed in the payment screen.
Payment Charging: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the yearly billing cycle unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Subscription Management: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewal subscriptions at any time via your App Store/Google Play account settings after purchase.

3. User Accounts and Content Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain all ownership rights to the business content you publish. However, you grant us a license to host and serve this content on the web via your unique digital card URL.
You agree not to upload spam, copyrighted material you do not own, or offensive, illegal, or deceptive content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this clause.

4. Third-Party Payment Services

Payments processed outside of the Apple/Google ecosystem (such as Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or Manual Transfer) are governed by the terms of those specific payment gateways. Manual payment activations are pending review and approval by the platform administrator.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Flexion Infotech be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, lost business opportunities, or NFC card device malfunctions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Flexion Infotech operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
