Account Information: Name, email address, password, and phone number when you sign up.
V-Card Profile Information: Information you input to design your digital business cards, including job title, company name, address, website link, social media links, custom attachments, products, testimonials, and gallery images.
Appointment & Inquiry Data: Information submitted by your clients when booking appointments or submitting inquiries through your digital card (such as client names, emails, and booking times).
Payment Information: When you purchase a subscription via our App, payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways (including RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, PhonePe, Flutterwave, Payfast, Iyzico, and Mercado Pago). We do not store raw credit card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

To Provide Our Services: Allowing you to create, edit, share, and update digital business cards, set business hours, manage appointment bookings, and display WhatsApp products.
To Handle Subscriptions: Processing your membership plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) and validating active entitlements.
To Enable NFC Sharing: Writing and mapping profile links to physical NFC tags.
To Analyze App Performance: Processing page view statistics, card scans, and user feedback to improve performance.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share your information only in the following contexts:

Public Profile Page: The business details, contact information, and social links you choose to include in your V-Cards are made publicly accessible to anyone who scans your QR code, taps your NFC card, or visits your unique profile URL.
Service Providers: With trusted third-party providers who help us host database services, manage transaction receipts (such as RevenueCat), and analyze user traffic.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
